  The 72V 200Ah lithium battery adopts LiFePO4 cell configuration, with a nominal voltage of 72V and a rated capacity of 200Ah, providing 14400Wh of nominal energy to meet the high-voltage power demand of medium and large-scale equipment in professional scenarios.

  In terms of core cell selection, the battery uses high-purity LiFePO4 cells, which are screened and matched through strict quality control procedures to ensure consistent voltage and capacity among cells, reducing internal consumption and ensuring stable power output. The battery case is made of high-strength flame-retardant PC/ABS composite material, with IP67 protection level, effectively isolating dust, rainwater and external impact, adapting to outdoor and industrial harsh environments.

  The built-in professional BMS (Battery Management System) is designed for high-voltage scenarios, real-time monitoring the working status of each cell, providing comprehensive protection including overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, over-current and high-low temperature. It also realizes cell balancing, avoiding damage caused by inconsistent cell performance, and supporting parallel connection of 4-12 batteries to expand capacity according to actual needs.

  In performance, the battery has a maximum continuous discharge current of 200A, which can stably supply power to high-power equipment such as 15kW inverters, electric forklifts and small energy storage systems. Under 80% depth of discharge (DOD), its cycle life can reach more than 3500 times, and the monthly self-discharge rate is less than 2%, ensuring long-term storage without obvious power loss.

  The battery has a wide operating temperature range, discharging normally at -10℃ to 60℃ and charging at 0℃ to 55℃, suitable for areas with large temperature differences. Its overall size is about 680×320×280mm, and weight is 85kg, which is lighter than the same-capacity lead-acid battery, and equipped with built-in handles for convenient installation and movement.

  In application scenarios, it is mainly used in professional fields. In industrial production, it serves as a backup power source for electric equipment, communication base stations and UPS systems, ensuring continuous operation of key equipment during power outages. In new energy fields, it is matched with solar and wind power generation systems to store surplus electric energy for stable power supply.

  It is also suitable for electric vehicles such as forklifts, electric buses and engineering vehicles, providing long-lasting power support and reducing replacement frequency. For large-scale off-grid scenarios such as rural power supply and outdoor construction sites, it can form an independent energy storage system to meet daily power needs.

  In use and maintenance, it requires no regular water addition, with low maintenance cost. Users only need to use a dedicated 84V lithium battery charger, avoid short circuit and reverse connection, and store it in a cool and dry place when not in use for a long time, with supplementary charging every 2 months. Each battery has passed UN38.3, MSDS certifications, with a 3-year warranty period.

  When using, avoid disassembling, incinerating or exposing the battery to high temperature and direct sunlight. When connecting multiple batteries in series or parallel, ensure consistent specifications, models and batches to prevent battery pack damage.
