The energy density of the battery cell reaches 180-260Wh/kg, and the volume energy density is 350-550Wh/L, which is 1.5-2 times that of traditional lead-acid batteries. Under the condition of 80% depth of discharge, the cycle life of LiFePO4 type 60V lithium battery can reach more than 4000 times, and the service life is 8-12 years; the cycle life of ternary lithium type is more than 2000 times, and the service life is 5-8 years. Compared with 60V lead-acid batteries with the same capacity, the 60V lithium battery has a weight reduction of 60%-70% (the 60V20Ah lithium battery weighs only 7-10kg, while the lead-acid battery of the same specification weighs about 30kg), which greatly improves the portability and installation flexibility of the product.

  The charge-discharge technical performance of the 60V lithium battery is optimized for high-demand scenarios. It supports fast charging technology, and the maximum charging current can reach 30A. With a dedicated fast charger, it can be charged to 80% of the capacity in 1.5-2 hours, and fully charged in 3-4 hours, which is much faster than the 8-10 hours of traditional 60V lead-acid batteries. It supports multiple charging modes such as AC charging, DC fast charging and solar charging, which can adapt to different application scenarios such as indoor fixed charging and outdoor off-grid charging. In terms of discharge performance, the battery can stably output 60V high voltage, and the continuous discharge current can reach 30-50A, which can easily drive high-power equipment such as 800W-1500W motors, and the instantaneous peak discharge current can reach 100A, meeting the power demand of equipment such as acceleration and climbing.

  In terms of structural design and environmental adaptability, the 60V lithium battery adopts a modular design, integrating modules, BDU (Battery Discharge Unit) and BMS into one, which is convenient for installation, maintenance and replacement. The shell is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and flame-retardant engineering plastic, with IP65 protection level, which can effectively prevent dust and water intrusion, and adapt to harsh outdoor and industrial environments. The battery has excellent high and low temperature adaptability, and can work normally in the temperature range of -20℃ to 65℃. At -20℃, the discharge capacity can still reach more than 75% of the rated capacity, which is far superior to traditional lead-acid batteries with 30%-50% capacity attenuation at low temperature.
