Citycoco brake lights are powered directly by the main battery pack, working synchronously with the brake switch: the lights instantly turn on when the rider brakes to remind rear vehicles and pedestrians, improving riding safety on urban roads. As a continuous low-power electrical load, brake lights test the battery’s low-current discharge stability and voltage output accuracy. Users should regularly check the battery terminal connections to ensure firm wiring and no oxidation, as poor contact will cause unstable power supply for brake lights. When brake light abnormalities are found, first test the battery static and load voltage to confirm whether the fault is caused by battery aging or circuit failure. It is necessary to avoid long-term parking with the brake light circuit in a conducting state, which will cause tiny battery discharge and lead to over-discharge damage.
