  In harsh working conditions such as outdoor engineering operations, off-road vehicle power supply, mobile energy storage equipment and short-distance transportation on construction sites, lithium batteries are constantly subjected to severe tests including bumps and vibrations, hard object impacts, drops and collisions, as well as high-frequency mechanical shocks. Ordinary high-voltage lithium batteries feature loose cell arrangement, thin shells and no internal buffer structures. After external impact, they are prone to cell displacement, loose circuits, liquid leakage and even short circuit and fire failures, which greatly shorten battery service life and bring serious potential safety hazards.   In terms of outer shell, this battery pack adopts an integrated thickened die-cast alloy shell, whose extrusion resistance and impact resistance are improved by more than 60% compared with ordinary iron shells. The edge of the shell is equipped with arc-shaped anti-collision wrapping edges to prevent shell cracking caused by direct hard impact on corners. The whole battery pack has passed professional drop tests and mechanical impact tests, and can withstand fixed-point high-strength impact and multi-angle drop collisions. Accidental collisions during outdoor handling and construction work will not damage the internal structure of the battery.

  Internal buffer protection is its core advantage of impact resistance. High-density flame-retardant buffer foam and layered reinforced partitions are installed inside the battery. Each cell is fixed by dual processes of buckles and double-sided adhesive tapes, preventing cell displacement and mutual friction collision caused by vehicle bumps and equipment vibration. All internal wires adopt high-temperature resistant reinforced harnesses fixed firmly by shockproof wire clips, avoiding wire falling off and poor contact caused by long-term high-frequency vibration, and ensuring stable circuit conduction under impact conditions.

  In addition, this 72V high-voltage lithium battery pack retains excellent high-voltage discharge and energy storage performance with stable high-voltage output without voltage drop, meeting the continuous power supply demand of high-power equipment. It is equipped with an upgraded shock-resistant intelligent BMS system that resists voltage detection errors caused by vibration, and can accurately monitor cell status during impact and vibration. It also supports multiple electrical protections including overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit and high and low temperature protection. With qualified dustproof and waterproof performance as well as super strong impact resistance, it can be applied to various high-impact scenarios including construction sites, wild fields, off-road vehicles and mobile emergency energy storage for a long time.
