200Ah LiFePO4 Battery
I. Common Voltages and Capacities
Single cell: 3.2V 200Ah, approx. 640Wh
12.8V (4S) 200Ah: approx. 2560Wh (≈2.56 kWh)
24V (8S) 200Ah: approx. 4800Wh (≈4.8 kWh)
48V (16S) 200Ah: approx. 9600Wh (≈9.6 kWh)
II. Key Specifications
Cycle life: 5,000–8,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge
Continuous discharge: 0.5C–1C, around 100–200A
Peak discharge: approx. 500A (short duration)
Charging voltage: 14.2–14.6V (for 12V systems)
Discharge cut-off voltage: 10.0V (for 12V systems)
Weight: approx. 20–28kg
Self-discharge rate: < 3% per month
Operating temperature: discharge -20°C~60°C, charge 0°C~55°C
Built-in BMS protection: overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, high/low temperature
III. Advantages
Long service life, 5–10 times that of lead-acid batteries
High safety, low risk of thermal runaway
40%–70% lighter than lead-acid batteries of the same capacity
Maintenance-free, no water addition required
Charge-discharge efficiency above 95%
Eco-friendly, free of heavy metals
IV. Typical Applications
RVs, camping, home solar energy storage, marine vessels, UPS backup power, golf carts, sightseeing buses, outdoor equipment power supply, etc.
V. Usage Notes
Select 12V/24V/48V according to device voltage requirements
Must be used with BMS; do not use without protection
Continuous discharge should generally not exceed 1C (200A)
Use a dedicated LiFePO4 battery charger
No charging below 0°C
For series/parallel connections, use same brand, same capacity and batch; connect in series first, then parallel
