  As the core power supply component for new energy equipment, large-scale electric construction machinery, low-speed heavy-duty electric vehicles and energy storage devices, high-voltage lithium battery packs rely heavily on accurate and comprehensive testing to guarantee operational stability, service life and power consumption safety. Some mainstream high-voltage lithium products on the market simplify testing procedures and skip key processes including voltage resistance test, aging test and cell balance test. Such defective inspection procedures easily lead to hidden faults such as unbalanced voltage, high-voltage electric leakage, excessive operating voltage drop and sudden shutdown. These problems not only increase on-site operation and maintenance costs significantly, but also bring severe safety hazards like high-voltage short circuit and spontaneous combustion. Equipped with a closed-loop standardized full-process testing system, this 120V High Voltage Lithium Pack covers four major inspection stages: incoming material sampling inspection, semi-finished module testing, finished product overall testing and factory aging re-inspection. With strict and all-round quality inspection standards, it eliminates defective products from the source and ensures every high-voltage lithium battery pack is fully qualified to match various high-voltage power consumption scenarios right after leaving the factory.

  In the front-end incoming material and module testing stage, our factory conducts one-to-one precision inspection for every single cell, connecting wire and protective board accessory. We strictly screen cells according to internal resistance, actual capacity and voltage consistency, and reject defective cells with excessive voltage difference and abnormal internal resistance. This effectively avoids overload of single cells and overall voltage imbalance of the battery pack in later use. Meanwhile, we test the insulation performance of high-voltage wiring harness and connectivity of interfaces to prevent high-voltage leakage risks caused by damaged wires and poor interface contact, consolidate the basic quality of battery packs, and stop semi-finished defects from entering subsequent production processes.

  Eight special factory tests are implemented for finished products, covering all core performance indicators of high-voltage lithium batteries, including static voltage balance test, full-load voltage drop test, high-voltage insulation and voltage resistance test, overcharge and overdischarge protection test, short-circuit protection test, temperature control test, anti-vibration bump simulation test and continuous discharge aging test. In view of the particularity of 120V high-voltage products, we strengthen high-voltage insulation and voltage resistance tests specially, simulate long-term full-load operating conditions, check internal insulation loopholes, and completely avoid insulation breakdown risks under high-voltage working environments.

  Different from ordinary batteries with only short-term single inspection, this 120V high-voltage lithium pack supports an extra 72-hour uninterrupted full-load aging re-inspection. It reproduces real working conditions including long-term continuous outdoor operation and day-night uninterrupted discharge, and records real-time data of battery voltage fluctuation, temperature change and current output. Only products with qualified and stable parameters can be packaged and delivered. This testing method restores customers’ actual use scenarios to the greatest extent, and solves potential faults that only appear after long-term operation in advance.

  In addition, the built-in intelligent self-testing BMS management system supports all-weather automatic monitoring during operation. The system collects core data in real time, including single cell voltage, total pack voltage, working current, battery temperature and insulation resistance. Once abnormal conditions such as voltage imbalance, overheating and insulation failure are detected, the system will cut off the high-voltage circuit automatically within milliseconds and lock fault points synchronously. Dual inspection protection is formed combining strict manual factory testing and intelligent dynamic self-inspection in daily use.
